Questions about price.

Do you charge per user?

No. Users are unlimited on every plan. The plan covers base capacity — documents, search, permissions and re-runs. Anyone who wants AI synthesis switches on the credits add-on, and sharing access with your team costs nothing extra.

What are AI credits?

Credits are the AI add-on: they measure the work the AI does for you — generating reports, building tables and answering questions. Think of them as reports and questions — never as tokens. A full report uses about 200 credits; a question, 40 to 50. They don't come with the plan: you buy packs when you want to use them.

Does uploading lots of documents spend credits?

No. Uploading, organizing and indexing files is part of the base and uses no AI. You can import your whole base at once during onboarding without spending a single credit. Credits are only spent when the AI actually works over that data.

Do scheduled reports spend credits?

By default, no. A scheduled re-run executes the saved recipe deterministically, with no new AI call — it's part of the base. Credits are spent when you ask the Redijo agent to investigate, explain, review or create new logic.

What about connecting my own ChatGPT or Claude?

Part of the base, on every plan. Your agents query Redijo over MCP with the same permissions and citations as the portal — the synthesis runs on your own account with them, no Redijo credits involved.

Can I start without a card?

Yes. It's 14 days free with Professional-plan features and a generous bulk import, no credit card. You only convert after seeing the first cited report you can forward and re-run.

What if credits run out mid-month?

You get alerts before you hit zero. From there it's just another pack (from $12) — the base keeps working as usual: uploading files, searching, viewing, editing and exporting reports.

How does the annual discount work?

On the annual plan, Essential is $19/mo ($228/yr, ~21% saving) and Professional is $57/mo ($684/yr, ~17%). Annual payment can be split on the card or invoiced.

Where does my data live?

In a single encrypted cloud region, with international-transfer safeguards. You get GDPR-grade controls, and Enterprise includes a DPA with the sub-processor list.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, with the new plan's limits — the AI add-on carries over unchanged. If your operation is multi-company or needs SSO and a DPA, talk to us about Enterprise.
