Gather only what you already export
You don’t need a new system. You need the files your business already produces: the sales spreadsheet, the bank statement in OFX, and, if you have one, the export from your accounting system. No manual re-keying.
- Export the month’s sales as a spreadsheet or CSV.
- Download the account statement in OFX straight from online banking.
- If you use an accounting package, export the billing report — any format works.
Let the agent read before you write
Instead of typing numbers, you upload the files and let the agent map what’s inside. It recognizes sheets, columns, and dates, and shows you what will become a table.
