1. Accepting the terms
These Terms of use govern access to and use of Redijo — an AI platform that turns your business files into reports where every number points to its source. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Data is hosted in a single converged cloud region, with international-transfer safeguards. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to the rights afforded to you under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity carried out under it. Use a valid email — it is how we send access links, billing notices and important notifications.
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
- Each person must use their own credentials; do not share your access.
- Tell us immediately if your account is used without authorisation.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Redijo for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- upload files you have no right to use or process;
- try to bypass plan limits, credits or security measures;
- use the service to generate unlawful, defamatory or rights-infringing content;
- reverse-engineer or resell access without written permission.
4. Your files and reports
Your data is yours. You keep all rights to the files you upload and the reports you generate. You grant us only the technical licence needed to process those files and deliver the service — nothing more. We do not use your content to train AI models. The processing details are in the Privacy policy.
5. AI and accuracy limits
The Redijo agent drafts from your files and shows where every number came from — sales_may.xlsx · orders sheet · rows 2–481. Even so, the final word is always yours. Redijo is a drafting-support tool, not accounting, legal, tax or financial advice. Review reports before making decisions based on them.
When a required figure cannot be found, Redijo flags it instead of inventing one — but checking the sources remains the responsibility of whoever signs off on the report.
6. Plans, credits and payment
Importing and organising documents never consumes AI credits — documents and storage count toward your plan's included capacity, with per-plan limits on the Pricing page. Only hosted-AI synthesis consumes credits. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Card payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record: checkout, applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST) and the invoice or receipt are issued by Paddle, and the charge on your card statement appears under Paddle. Cancellation remains self-serve, as set out below.
- You can cancel any time; access stays until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- There is no pro-rata refund for periods already started, except where the law requires it.
- Unused credits may expire according to your plan's rules.
7. Suspension and termination
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if use threatens platform security, or for non-payment. On termination you can export your reports; after that, your data is removed in line with the Privacy policy.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email or inside the app with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date indicates agreement with the new version.
