1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences and understand how Redijo is used. We use the minimum needed — no invasive tracking.
2. Types of cookies we use
Essential
Needed for the app to work: authentication, security and session upkeep. Without them the service does not function — so they cannot be turned off.
Preferences
Store choices like theme (light/dark) and language, so your next visit comes back the way you left it.
Analytics
The marketing site (redijo.com) sets no analytics cookies: pageview analytics runs cookieless, with in-memory persistence. In the product app (app.redijo.com), PostHog uses cookies or browser storage for product analytics and session replay unless you opt out in the product settings. Do Not Track is respected on both.
3. Third-party cookies
The marketing site sets no analytics cookies. In the product app, PostHog sets cookies or uses browser storage for product analytics and session replay, as described above. At checkout, Paddle (our payment processor) may set its own cookies during payment. Those cookies follow the policies of the respective providers.
4. How to manage cookies
On the marketing site, pageview analytics run cookieless — a notice on your first visit tells you about them and offers a durable opt-out. In the app, you control analytics in the product settings. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser — but turning off the essential ones may prevent login.
- Accept all — enables preferences and analytics.
- Essential only — keeps just what the service needs to work.
- Manage — choose category by category.
5. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use cookies, we update this document and, where needed, ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows the last revision.
